Report a Copyright Violation

If you believe a website located on our dedicated servers is
violating an intellectual property right, please read through the
procedure outlined below. FastServers.Net requires official notice
of illegal hosting of copyrighted material pursuant to 17 U.S.C.
512(c)(3)(A). Therefore, you need to provide Fastservers,
Inc., with the following information in writing:
1) Authorization that you, as the complaining party, are authorized
to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive intellectual property
right that has allegedly been infringed upon.
2) A statement that you, as the authorized party, have a good-faith
belief that the use of the material in the manner cited has not been
authorized.
3) Information identifying the copyrighted items that have allegedly
been infringed upon.
4) Specific identification of the material that infringes upon the
items listed in item 3. This information must be reasonably
sufficient to permit FastServers to locate the material and examine
it expeditiously.
5) Contact information of the party reporting the violation.
6) Signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of
the exclusive intellectual property right that has allegedly been
infringed upon.
Items 3 and 4 are very important. Providing FastServers.Net with
information pertinent to the copyright held along with works that
are allegedly infringing upon that copyright is imperative to allow
FastServers.Net to make an informed decision regarding the removal
of the offending material. Without this information no action will
be taken by FastServers.Net , nor is any required.
The above information should be emailed to
abuse@fastservers.net at
which time a unique help desk ticket will be opened.
